Prayer of the Church
The Community of Benedictine Nuns center their lives around the Liturgy of Hours also referred to as the Prayer of the Church. These prayers are arranged at intervals throughout the day, and include the Psalms, readings from Scriptures, Canticles and Intercessory prayers. There are also periods of private prayer including Lectio Divina, the Rosary and meditation.
